Booking Conditions:

A £ 50 Consultation fee needs to be paid for the booking to be confirmed. This amount is redeemable towards the treatment price.

Terms, Conditions, Disclaimers and refund Policy

For all patients booking treatments with us:

– The Consultation fee of £ 50 will not be refunded if the advice of the doctor means they cannot or will not offer a treatment. The Consultation fee does not guarantee treatment.

– Results will vary, according to patients’ individual anatomy and physiology. NO RESULT IS GUARANTEED.

– Additional treatments may be obtained at an additional price, as discussed during the medical consultation.

– All medical cosmetic injectable treatments administered and machine delivered treatments are non refundable.

– The risk of ptosis, raised muscle, lower muscle, swelling, redness, bruising or vascular occlusion has been explained prior to treatment, during the medical consultation, and it’s clearly stated on the consent form, signed by both patient and medical practitioner. Needles have a great risk of causing trauma and bruising along with swelling, redness and tenderness. These reactions are expected and normal with aesthetic injectables and can take several days to subside.

– Allergic reactions or adverse reactions are a potential risk for every patient. Experiencing such an event will not constitute a refund of the completed treatment. Allergic reactions will be medically treated.

– During the medical Consultation, all risks and benefits of the intended treatment will be explained to the patient. Also patient’s expectations will be assessed to make sure they are realistic.

– At the end of the consultation the patient will sign a consent form. By signing the consent form, you, the patient, are showing full understanding and acceptance of the potential risks of side effects and complications, for the indented treatment, explained to you by the medical practitioner. In the event of occurrence of such mentioned side effects/complications NO REFUND is due.

– Our goal is to provide the highest standard of care and minimize the risk of side effects and complications. Despite all efforts, side effects and complications can occur in any medical speciality; aesthetic medicine is no exception.

– Aesthetic medications are administered by a licensed aesthetic injector, Dr Cristina Golfomitsos, and include on-label and off-label treatment areas based on the desired effect.

Payments to be made by card or bank transfer on the day. No cash accepted.

No Show Fee – £ 50. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment.

Cancellation Fee – £ 50. If you cancel your appointment with less than 72 hours notice, £ 50 will be retained to offset costs.
