What is Jalupro and how does it work?
Jalupro is a dermal bio revitalizer. It’s an injectable solution composed of Amino Acids (Glycine, L-Proline, L-Leucine, L-Lysine) and hyaluronic acid.
The solution is injected in the dermis with microinjections.
The Amino Acids feed the fibroblast in the skin and stimulate them to produce Collagen, the substance needed to repair and rejuvenate the skin.
With ageing, fibroblasts activity is reduced, leading to a lesser production of collagen. This results in the skin loosing tone, volume, elasticity and brightness. This is when lines and wrinkles start to appear. Also the skin appears loose, dry and crepey.
Jalupro works on reversing these ageing effects.
What conditions can be treated with Jalupro?
Jalupro can be injected into face, neck, décolletage and hands and various body areas such as Underarms, Inner thighs, Abdomen, Knee region.
It is a safe, effective and minimally invasive treatment.
It can be used to treat a variety of skin conditions:
- Fine lines and wrinkles
- Loose, saggy, dry, skin
- Sun damaged skin
- Generalized loss of facial volume
- Neck and décolletage rejuvenation
- Hands rejuvenation
- Body areas hydration, tightening and rejuvenation
- Stretch marks
It can be used alone or in combination with other aesthetic treatments, such as Botox, fillers, Microneedling, Platelets rich Plasma (PRP).
What can I expect from the treatment?
Jalupro works very well in reversing the skin ageing process by stimulating the Fibroblasts to produce more collagen.
As a bio revitalizer Jalupro provides intense hydration to the skin while also providing a tightening and lifting effect, by smoothing fine lines and wrinkles and improving skin quality.
This results in a younger, smoother, plumper and brighter looking skin.
Who will perform the treatment?
The treatment is performed by Dr Golfomitsos.
It’s delivered using very small needles through multiple microinjections.
Prior to the treatment, a Lidocaine cream is applied onto the skin, to render the treatment as comfortable and painless as possible.
It’s very well tolerated, with most people reporting only mild discomfort.
How long does the treatment take?
Each session lasts about 45 minutes.
Prior to the treatment you will have to schedule a consultation with the Doctor to be assessed for suitability, to discuss goals and to choose the best treatment option for you.
During this consultation you’ll be made aware of treatment’s benefits and side effects and you will have to sign a consent form.
